‘Art of Spice’ Indian Night

 The ‘Art of Spice’ is a unique Indian experience orchestrated by Celebrity Chef Sweety Singh with a menu blending ingredients and flavors inspired by the North Indian region. With a vast experience spanning 19 years, Chef Sweety has transformed Indian gastronomy with his unique blends in slow-cooked Punjabi cuisine.

“Our new Indian celebration on Friday nights will provide the perfect weekend treat for our guests and residents from the local area. With a delicious cuisine and a carefully crafted buffet menu from the famous Chef Sweety Singh coupled with Indian music and art, the night will delight all the senses,” commented Mr Nishan Silva, General Manager of Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre.

“This will be the first time I have brought my twist on Punjabi cuisine to the UAE and I am delighted to be working with Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre to offer a different take on an Indian theme night,” said Chef Sweety Singh.

The ‘Art of Spice’ Indian theme night occurs every Friday from 7 – 11pm, at Medley Restaurant, Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre.

Celebrity Chef Sweety Singh

Harjinder Singh, popularly known as Chef Sweety Singh has been conducting Punjabi Food Festivals from last 16 years. With his expertise in cooking for the past 19 years, he has brought about unique blends in the Punjabi Cuisine. This experience has gained him many awards and accolades. His culinary art emphasizes on Punjabi Food which has also been covered in various newspapers, publications, magazines, and dailies from time-to-time.

Chef Sweety has conducted Punjabi Food Festivals in ITC Group, The Oberoi, Radisson, Jaypee Hotels , BJN Group, InterContinental, The Residency Towers, Marriott, Sahara Group of Hotels, Novotel Group of Hotels, Oris Group, Dhanoa food chain and various other group of hotels and chains since 1999. The corporate chef of ITC group, Chef Manjeet Singh Gill found the cooking talent in him and after tasting his food continuously for a week at his Dhaaba, he offered him to conduct food festivals in ITC Group of Hotels. Since then he has not looked back.

Chef Sweety Singh has been covered by Discovery Channel for a show named, “Rhodes Across India” by Gary Rhodes for Dishing out some great Punjabi food recipes. He was also part of a food program called “Feeding Frenzy” for NDTV Good Times and “Khaana Khazaana” for Zee Network. He has served his scrumptious food to famous celebrities like Shahrukh Khan, Sachin Tendulkar, Shikhar Dhawan, Anupam Kher, Sajid Khan, Anil Kapoor, Dharmendra, Yuvraj Singh, Daler Mehndi to name a few.

He has also made Punjabi food for the big corporates tour group in Sydney, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Italy, Switzerland, Bali, Dubai, Prague, Venice etc.
