Dubai, 08 February 2018 – wagamama is on a quest to find its four greatest fans in the UAE as its celebrating its unique, cultural origins this February.
wagamama will take diners on a culinary journey through its most popular pan-Asian inspired dishes as part of its flavours of asia campaign.
Participants must be a UAE resident and can join by tuning in to Dubai 92 or following @wagamamauae on social media channels. Participants must share a picture or video showcasing their love for wagamama on their social media channels using #katsucurry and #wagamamauae for a chance to win a year’s supply of katsu curry.
Since its first opening in 1992 in the United Kingdom, and arrival in 2007 in the UAE, wagamama restaurants have become a firm favourite destination for anyone loving quick, fresh, high-quality and affordable Asian food. The menu includes worldwide favourites such as the brand’s signature chicken katsu curry (Japan), steak bulgogi (Korea) and pad-thai dish (Thailand).
“The demand for Asian flavours has increased in recent years reflecting the increasingly adventurous tastes of today’s restaurant-goers and the general perception of Asian food being a healthier, more nutritious option”, says Mandeep Sandhu, Group Marketing Manager of RMAL Hospitality that operates wagamama in the UAE.
