Capital Club to Host Exclusive Dinners Featuring World Renowned British Chef, Brian Turner CBE

4th February 2018, Dubai, UAE: Dubai’s leading private members club, Capital Club, is proud to announce the arrival of guest Chef Brian Turner, who will host a series of exclusive dinners from Wednesday 7th – Friday 9th February.

Renowned as one of the UK’s most successful and well-known Chefs, Turner will give both Capital Club members and non-members the opportunity to sample his limited-edition menu for three nights only.

Turner, who has held a Michelin Star and been awarded a CBE will be serving up a 6-course tasting menu of modern British dishes including; Beetroot & Citrus Marinated Salmon with an Apple & Radish Salad; Roast Lamb Canon & Best End with a Tarragon Crust with Celeriac Fondant & Rosemary Gratin; Yorkshire Blue Rarebit and White Chocolate & Raspberry Trifle. A 5-course grape flight is also available to compliment the menu.

After training at renowned British restaurants including; Simpson’s in the Strand, The Savoy, The Beau Rivage in Lusanne and Claridge’s, Turner went on to open his own restaurant, Turner’s in Walton Street, Chelsea before expanding to various locations around the UK. Combined with a successful TV career on popular shows such as Ready Steady Cook and This Morning, Turner has dominated the London food scene throughout his career and has become a household name in the UK.

Turner said, “It’s always great to be back in Dubai, meeting old friends and looking at new restaurants. I am very much looking forward to cooking a typical Turner dinner using prime produce with great flavours at the Capital Club and to also be working with the team at the club and making new friendships.”
